Who It Applies To
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and, if purchased by a licensed contractor or builder, may be transferred one time to the first homeowner at the same address.

What We Will Do
If a qualifying defect in material is confirmed, NOCO will repair or replace the affected material.

What’s Not Covered

• Installation labor or workmanship
• Independent contractor work
• Normal wear & tear
• Damage from water, misuse, or acts of nature
• Commercial or rental use

At NOCO Cabinet & Closet, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship - even when you sell your home. We proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty designed to provide confidence and long-term peace of mind. 

1. Coverage

NOCO warrants to the original purchaser that its cabinetry products will be free from defects in material under normal residential use for as long as the cabinetry remains installed at the original project address.

This warranty applies to:

• Cabinet boxes
• Doors and drawer fronts
• Drawer boxes
• Interior shelving
• Hinges and drawer slides
• Closet system components manufactured or supplied by NOCO
• Flooring materials supplied by NOCO
• Stone products are covered under Section 7 below. 

2. Product Warranty (Cabinet, Closet, Vanity, and Flooring)

NOCO provides product warranty for cabinetry and flooring materials.

Installation services for cabinetry and flooring are performed by independent installers who are not employees or agents of NOCO unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

NOCO is not responsible for:

• Installation workmanship
• Leveling or structural issues
• Improper fastening or anchoring
• Site preparation
• Subfloor conditions
• Framing irregularities
• Moisture-related installation failures

Any labor-related concerns must be addressed directly with the installer.

3. Transferable Contractor Warranty(Our Difference)

Unlike many cabinet companies, NOCO offers a one-time transferable warranty for licensed contractors, builders, or developers.

If cabinetry is purchased by a licensed contractor or builder, this warranty may be transferred one time to the first homeowner at the original installation address.

The warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the cabinetry at that address but does not extend to subsequent property owners.

4. What We Will Do

If a defect in material or manufacturing is confirmed, NOCO will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective component, or
• Replace the defective component with a similar product of equal value

If an identical product is unavailable, NOCO reserves the right to substitute a comparable style or material.

This warranty covers replacement materials only.

Labor, removal, reinstallation, shipping, and associated costs are not covered.

5. Natural Material Characteristics

Wood and other natural materials may exhibit:

• Grain variations
• Color variations
• Natural aging and darkening
• Seasonal expansion and contraction
• Joint line visibility
• Minor finish fractures at seams

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Painted finishes may show hairline cracking at joints due to natural movement of materials.

6. Environmental Requirements (Colorado Climate Notice)

Cabinetry must be installed and maintained in a climate-controlled indoor residential environment.

Recommended conditions:

• Temperature: 60°F – 90°F
• Relative Humidity: 30% – 55%

Failure to maintain proper environmental conditions may void this warranty.

7. Stone Countertops

Stone materials supplied and fabricated through NOCO’s designated fabricator are covered for defects in material and fabrication. 

Stone installation services are performed by the fabricator.

Claims related to:

• Seam appearance
• Minor surface variations
• Natural stone veining
• Shade differences

are considered normal characteristics.

Labor for removal or replacement beyond fabrication scope is not covered.

8. Warpage Allowance 

Doors and drawer fronts are subject to a maximum allowable warp of 3/16 inch for components under 24” wide and 45” tall.

Warp claims may be deferred for up to 12 months to allow the product to acclimate to the installation environment.

9. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Damage from water leaks, flooding, fire, or acts of nature
• Commercial or rental properties (including short-term rentals)
• Outdoor installations
• Stone countertops (covered by fabricator warranty)
• Flooring products (covered by manufacturer warranty)
• Decorative hardware or third-party accessories

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOCO shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as described above.

11. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must:

• Provide proof of purchase
• Provide photographs of the issue
• Provide a description of the concern

NOCO reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim.

12. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
